File Upload

Welcome to our file upload services.

In addition to meeting PIPEDA (Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act) compliance requirements, we have numerous security initiatives built in to our software, processes and practices.

To ensure your files travel safely, please compress files before uploading with a file compression utility such as WinZip (Windows) or DropStuff (Mac).

Uploading using our Web FTP Client

Our web ftp client is a simple interface to help you upload your files without the need for FTP client software to be installed on your computer.

1. Open the link https://netftp.westminster.ca/
2. Enter your username and password.
3. Once logged in open the private folder.
4. Begin uploading your files to the private folder.
5. Once your files have finished uploading, you can exit the browser window or tab.

Uploading with your FTP Client

This method of uploading uses ftp client software installed on your computer.

1. Open a new connection in your FTP client.
2. Enter host name ftp.westminster.ca
3. Log in as an anonymous user.
4. Once logged in, open the private folder.
5. Begin uploading your files to the private folder.
6. Once your files have finished uploading, you can exit the FTP program.

Every company has different security settings that may affect the viability and speed to upload files. Please check with your system administrator to ensure that you will have no difficulties uploading files via FTP.
